Orange County has some of the best streets in the state thanks to a program that uses transportation sales tax funds to improve streets and traffic flow.
Compiled with drone footage, the video captures OCTA’s careful work to restore the tracks south of San Clemente for safe passage of people, goods and services.
All regular Metrolink and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner service is scheduled to resume April 17, after OCTA’s emergency construction work stopped slope movement and stabilized the tracks in south San Clemente.
