The 91 and 405 express lane annual reports are now available online, highlighting performance and operations during 2025.

The project is designed to reduce congestion and improve travel times, improve freeway interchange connections, and reduce weaving and merging.

The project is a major effort to improve mobility, enhance safety and reduce congestion along one of Orange County’s busiest freeways.

The program has synchronized nearly 3,800 intersections across the county, reducing travel times by 13 percent and improving average speeds.

Funding is available to help cities and the County of Orange improve streets, reduce congestion, and keep traffic moving smoothly.

This free service provides roadside assistance to drivers whose vehicles become disabled along local highways.

The project will enhance safety and make it easier to travel for those who drive, bike or walk.

A two-year closure from southbound Lakeview Avenue is expected to reduce congestion and enhance travel reliability for years to come.
