OCTA participates in this important effort by asking customers what they think about OC Bus service.

We’re grateful for their service every day and celebrate them publicly on March 18, Transit Operator and Worker Appreciation Day.

Both OCTA and Metrolink recorded increased boardings compared to the previous week.

As part of its efforts to provide equitable transportation to all, OCTA will offer free OC Bus rides on February 4, Transit Equity Day.

Beginning February 12, some OC Bus routes will be changed to improve frequency, service quality and reliability.

OCTA coach operators are trained to identify and assist victims hiding in plain sight in Orange County on buses and at transit centers.

This innovative program reduces transportation costs and emissions.

Representatives from two organizations contacted OCTA to express their appreciation.

In 1972, Richard Nixon was president, Atari introduced Pong as the first commercial video game and bus service arrived in Orange County.
