Every few months, the Transit App, the trip planning app OCTA uses for its OC Bus riders, asks users to give public transportation a report card.
For 2023, the Transit App recognized U.S. and Canadian transit systems that performed the best across seven different categories.
OCTA received second place in Transit App’s top award category, the ‘Most Popular Agency’, which asked riders if they would recommend their transit agency to friends or family.
