OCTA is taking steps to build a second hydrogen fueling station in Garden Grove, reinforcing its commitment to transition to a 100% zero-emission bus fleet by 2040.
On October 1, OCTA will offer free bus rides on all 51 fixed routes to reduce traffic, cut greenhouse gas emissions, and move toward a cleaner Orange County.
