Measure M Helps Keep Summer Trolleys Rolling

Orange County’s free summer trolley services are back, offering residents and visitors a convenient way to reach some of the county’s most popular destinations. Cities including Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Newport Beach, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano offer easy access to a variety of attractions throughout the busy summer season.

To help ease seasonal traffic congestion and expand transportation options, these cities provide free summer trolley services partially funded by Measure M, Orange County’s half-cent sales tax for transportation improvements.

The trolleys offer accessible transportation throughout these communities, with several routes connecting to Metrolink stations and OC Bus routes for convenient regional travel. By providing an alternative to driving, the services help reduce parking and traffic challenges while making it easier to explore Orange County’s coastal destinations.

Summer trolley service is operating now through Labor Day, with some routes continuing into late September.

Come along for the ride.
