The OC Fair Express returns July 18, offering an affordable and stress-free way to travel to the OC Fair on weekends through August 16. This year, the popular seasonal service expands to six departure locations, making it even easier for more riders to leave the car behind.
The OC Fair Express provides a safe, cost-effective alternative to driving and parking. Fares are just $2 each way for adults, 75 cents for seniors, and free for riders under 18 through OCTA's Youth Ride Free program. Riders can also use the Wave to pay for their trip.
Buses will operate every 30 minutes from six locations, Anaheim (ARTIC), Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Hills and Santa Ana, providing direct, non-stop service to the OC Fair.
The service officially kicks off on Friday, July 18, with a festive launch event at 9:30 a.m. at ARTIC. The event will feature games and refreshments before attendees board the first OC Fair Express bus for an easy ride to the fair.
