Taxpayer Oversight Committee (TOC) members monitor OCTA’s use of Measure M funds and ensure that all revenue collected from Measure M is spent on voter-approved transportation projects.
Volunteers are needed to fill four positions on the 11-member committee, one each in the First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Districts. Orange County residents living in the First, Third, Fourth or Fifth District are eligible to apply. Please note that elected or appointed city, district, state or federal officials are not eligible to serve on the TOC. To view a list of cities in each district, please click here.
The deadline to apply to volunteer for the TOC has been extended to tomorrow, May 6. The Grand Jurors Association of Orange County is conducting the TOC recruitment program and will recommend qualified candidates for membership.
