Metrolink $10 Holiday Pass Includes Travel to the Rose Parade

To provide affordable travel options and help take cars off the road, Metrolink is offering a $10 Holiday Pass for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. On both Monday, Dec. 25, and Monday, Jan. 1, riders can use the $10 Holiday Pass to take unlimited trips anywhere Metrolink travels on the day the pass is purchased.

Trains will operate a weekend schedule with Metrolink’s Orange County, 91/Perris Valley and Inland Empire-Orange County lines in service. Metrolink trains will not operate on the Riverside Line over the holiday weekend or on the following Mondays.

To accommodate those traveling to the Rose Parade on Monday, Jan. 1, Metrolink will operate special train service on the 91/Perris and Orange County lines to get riders to Pasadena on time to see the floats, bands and equestrians march down Colorado Boulevard. Additionally, one special afternoon train will be added on the Orange County and 91/Perris Valley lines to help eventgoers return home earlier than Metrolink’s normally scheduled service would permit.
