Apply to Serve on Measure M Taxpayer Oversight Committee by May 2

Would you like to help keep an eye on Orange County’s tax dollars? If so, consider applying to volunteer on the Measure M Taxpayer Oversight Committee (TOC). TOC members serve a three-year term and monitor OCTA’s use of Measure M funds and ensure that all revenue collected from Measure M is spent on voter-approved transportation projects.

The application deadline to fill four positions on the 11-member committee, one each in the First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Districts, is May 2. Orange County residents residing in the First, Third, Fourth or Fifth District are eligible to apply. Please note that elected or appointed city, district, state or federal officials are not eligible to serve on the TOC. To view a list of cities in each district, please click here.

The Grand Jurors Association of Orange County is conducting the TOC recruitment program and will recommend qualified candidates for membership. For additional information or to request an application, visit the TOC recruitment webpage or call the selection panel at (714) 970-9329.
