OCTA will hold hiking tours on OCTA’s wilderness preserve in Trabuco Canyon on two upcoming Saturdays on June 7 and August 9. During these interpretive excursions, participants can learn how OCTA is contributing to wildlife and habitat preservation in Orange County.
The guided two-mile tours take place on the 400-acre Ferber Ranch Wilderness Preserve property. OCTA’s acquisition of this property protects several vital wildlife movement corridors, ensures the preservation of high quality habitat, and allows this core segment of Trabuco Canyon to be permanently protected.
