OCTA Wants to Know What People Think of Orange County Transportation

Many of Orange County’s transportation improvements are funded by Measure M2 (M2), a 30-year, half-cent transportation sales tax. M2 includes a Transportation Investment Plan (Plan) that improves freeways, local streets and public transit, while addressing  environmental mitigation and sustainability. With an estimated $14 billion in funding by 2041, M2 plays a central role in the development of Orange County's transportation system.

In accordance with taxpayer safeguards, OCTA is conducting a Comprehensive Ten-Year Review (Review) to evaluate the performance of the Plan. The Review ensures that M2 remains transparent, accountable, and responsive to Orange County’s evolving transportation needs.

M2 is now undergoing the Review process, and OCTA is seeking public input.  There are several ways to learn more about M2 and share feedback, including:
