OCTA’s Eat Shop Play Program launched in early 2020 and has grown to support more than 50 businesses along the future OC Streetcar route. The program promotes increased visibility for businesses during construction by providing free targeted marketing assistance, including social media ads, e-newsletter spotlights and professional photography and videography.
Eat Shop Play participants offer patrons a variety of deals and promotions, which can be found on the Eat Shop Play website or at storefronts featuring an OC Streetcar decal. Parking in Downtown Santa Ana is free for one hour in city-owned parking structures for the community to enjoy retail shopping, takeout, al fresco and indoor dining options in the area.
