Entitled “Driving Toward Excellence,” the 91 Express Lanes Annual Report for fiscal year 2013-2014 is now available online. The report reflects the high standards and significant accomplishments that are the continuous hallmarks of the 91 Express Lanes. Milestones achieved during the past fiscal year include refinancing bonds to save millions over the coming years and a ratings upgrade that makes the 91 Express Lanes one of the only single-asset managed lanes toll facilities in the “AA” category.
Since purchasing the 91 Express Lanes in 2003 on behalf of those who use the State Route 91 (SR-91) corridor, OCTA has reinvested more than $22 million in toll revenue for SR-91 general purpose lane projects.
Travelers between Orange and Riverside counties continue to rely on the 91 Express Lanes for a safe, reliable commute and for trips to visit friends and family and shopping and recreation. According to the 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey, respondents reported a 91 percent satisfaction rate with the 91 Express Lanes.
