OCTA recently launched a new and enhanced website as part of its mission to keep Orange County moving. The new site provides easy access to rider information and the latest news and information about OCTA's many projects, programs, and services.
Based on extensive research, including interviews with internal stakeholders, analysis of website traffic and user needs, and modern web design best practices, the new website incorporates features aimed at improving user experience, ensuring ease of navigation, and promoting accessibility.
Some of the major improvements include responsive design, enhanced navigation, and improved search functionality, all designed to create a more user-friendly experience for our visitors.
OCTA will continue to enhance the site based on input received during public outreach.
