Each year, the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG) conducts a nationwide transit customer survey. OCTA participates in this important effort by asking customers what they think about the OC Bus service.
To encourage participation, OCTA is offering those who take the survey by May 10 a chance to win one of four $50 gift cards.
The short survey is available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
