Summer is nearly here and so is a special pass perfect for relaxed weekday train travel. Metrolink's $15 Summer Pass offers unlimited rides on weekdays throughout the Metrolink system through Friday, September 1. On weekdays, kids 5 years old and under ride free and those ages 6 and up, including adults, ride all day for only $15.
This money-saving pass offers welcome flexibility for a weekday trip to the beach, a hike to a new location, a visit to a local amusement destination, or out to a new restaurant. Valid for systemwide travel on all seven Metrolink lines, the pass must be purchased on the Metrolink Mobile App. For trips with origins or destinations within Los Angeles County, the pass includes free transfers to LA Metro's subway, light rail, and bus system.
The $15 Summer Pass complements Metrolink’s $10 Weekend Pass, which offers unlimited travel all day either Saturday or Sunday. On weekends, kids up to 17 years old ride free.
