The Measure M Annual Report 2025 is now available online, providing Orange County residents with a comprehensive look at how Measure M funds were invested during 2025.
This year's report, themed "Discover What a Half Cent Buys," highlights how the voter-approved half-cent sales tax continues to fund improvements to freeways, streets, streetcar and rail infrastructure, mobility services, and environmental programs throughout Orange County.
The annual report reflects OCTA's ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability and keeping the public informed about how Measure M dollars are being spent.
To inform as many residents as possible, the report has been translated into Spanish and Vietnamese and distributed through print and digital communications across Orange County.
