During the summer, some Orange County communities are especially popular. Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Newport Beach, San Juan Capistrano, and San Clemente all have trolleys that make it easy to connect to fun without traffic and parking hassles. Many trolleys also connect to each other and to transit and Metrolink stations, making it easier to travel to great destinations without a car.
Partially funded through OC Go, Orange County’s half-cent sales tax for transportation improvements, these trolleys are free to ride and make it simple for visitors and residents to enjoy summer weekends. OC Go is also known as Measure M.
The majority of trolleys began service during Memorial Day weekend and continue through Labor Day, but each service is different. Check here for more information.
