At the most recent OCTA Board meeting on Feb. 9, CEO Darrell Johnson outlined his initiatives and action plan for the year ahead. They support the Board’s strategies as well OCTA’s goals of mobility, public service, fiscal sustainability, stewardship, and organizational excellence.
This comprehensive action plan includes 15 CEO initiatives supported by 59 division strategies and 80 milestones. Progress on those milestones will be reported to the Board each quarter.
