OCTA’s Contracts Administration and Materials Management (CAMM) Department has been awarded the prestigious Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement® (AEP) for the 11th year in a row from the National Procurement Institute, Inc. The AEP Award is earned by public and nonprofit agencies that demonstrate a commitment to procurement excellence.
This annual program recognizes procurement organizations that embrace innovation, professionalism, productivity, leadership and e-procurement. The AEP program encourages the development of excellence as well as continued organizational improvement to earn the award annually.
OCTA’s CAMM Department develops and issues solicitations for all goods, inventory items, consultant and professional services and public works (construction) projects. The contract administrators employed in CAMM are responsible for purchasing activities and are the primary point of contact for vendors.
