OCTA is seeking public input on a draft service plan that proposes to increase bus service on high ridership routes, reduces wait times and simplifies the structure of bus routes.
As gas prices rise to record levels in Orange County and the region, OCTA is offering discounts on the already reasonable price to ride public transportation.
