Take Metrolink to Downtown Fullerton for a free event featuring live entertainment, kid's activities, food and more. Please note that there is no northbound Metrolink service from this event, and the last southbound train departs at 10:10 p.m. If you live in the area, consider taking the bus there - extended service will be offered and rides will be free on Dec. 31 starting at 6:00 p.m. Learn more.

Ride Metrolink to the Santa Ana Station and take bus Route 83 to the Discovery Cube before Jan. 4 for a popular holiday exhibit. Dozens of award-winning gingerbread houses are on display, and interactive stations teach kids and adults about the science behind the popular holiday treat. Learn more.
Skate in the Middle of Downtown - Now through Jan. 19
Take Metrolink to LA Union Station and hop on the Metro Red or Purple lines for a quick trip to Pershing Square. A large outdoor ice rink surrounded by tall city buildings makes for a unique LA experience. It costs only $9 a person plus a $3 skate rental fee, and you can save $1 with your Metrolink ticket. Ducks Games - Select Dates
With hockey in full swing at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Ducks fans can easily skate past traffic and avoid parking charges by taking Metrolink to all weekday home games that start at 7:00 and 7:30 p.m. The next games are Jan. 2, 7, 14, 16 and 21. Learn more.
Downtown Disney Winter Village - Now through Feb. 22

Build a Snowman Out of Sand
There is no better way to celebrate winter in Southern California than a day at the beach. Cruise on Metrolink down to the beaches of San Clemente or Oceanside, which each have restaurants, shops, a pier and more.
