Roundtable Provides Valuable Customer Perspective

OCTA conducts customer roundtables to ensure it is providing effective solutions for customers’ transportation needs, particularly those pertaining to bus scheduling and routing. 

The customer roundtable on July 29 offered an opportunity to review the June bus service changes and to learn from customers if those changes improved the services as intended.

In addition, staff provided information and received customer feedback on the schedule and route changes planned for October. Those changes include extended hours and weekend service on Bravo!® Route 543 and detours to accommodate construction during the Orangethorpe Grade Separation Project, part of the O.C. Bridges Program.
