Haunted Walking Tours
Ride to downtown Fullerton for a special haunted walking tour on Nov. 5 or 6. You'll learn about Fullerton's colorful history and visit some of the city's popular landmarks. Space is limited and reservations are required. Learn more.
Steamer's Jazz Club
The Golden Eagle Dixieland Jazz Band performs at Steamer's Jazz Club in Downtown Fullerton from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. every Sunday. Ride the train to Fullerton and walk to this popular restaurant, which offers a diverse menu with pizza, salads, sandwiches and more. The downtown area also features plenty of unique shops, and is home to OCTA's BikeShare program. Learn more.
Mission San Juan Capistrano
There will be live mariachi music at the Mission on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 10:00 a.m. On Saturdays, other activities include panning for gold, adobe brick making, guided tours and koi fish feeding. The train station is a short walk away, and you can even get a discount at the Mission when you show your Metrolink ticket. While in the historic downtown area, take some time to explore the shops, visit the petting zoo and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. Learn more.
Special Exhibits at the Science Center
The Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana has a special Spooky Science exhibit that will last through Nov. 2, and a popular Thomas & Friends train exhibit that will stay through Jan. 4. There are hundreds of interactive exhibits to enjoy. Ride Metrolink to Orange and then catch Route 53 for a quick trip to the museum. Learn more.
