Selected parents and youth ages 14 to 18 have been invited to share perspectives on riding the bus at a roundtable discussion. OCTA will use the feedback to improve programs, marketing, and pass sales targeted at the youth market.
Together and in breakout sessions, participants will be asked what they like and don’t like about riding the bus and about awareness of OCTA’s special bus programs, such as the Youth Summer Bus Pass. This three-month discounted pass for ages 6 to 18 provides convenient public transportation to the mall, beach, movies or anywhere else OCTA buses travel.
Past outreach discussions have produced actionable material that has been used to create new and improved programs.
