Each month in 2015, OCTA will host a special free webinar presented by the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (APBP) to explore bicycle and pedestrian issues and build support for active transportation. OCTA’s goal is to share knowledge and bring people together to engage in thoughtful discussion.
The series debuts on Jan. 21 at the Santa Ana Civic Center from noon to 1:30 p.m. with Level of Service for Pedestrians and Cyclists, which provides guidance on designing safe transitions between trails and roadways.
