OCTA Directors Michelle Steel and Gary Miller turned out with other baseball fans on April 8 to celebrate the Angels Express Bus, the new car-free way to get to Angels Stadium. The Angels Express Bus offers fans in Huntington Beach, Westminster, Fountain Valley and Seal Beach a convenient and inexpensive way to travel nonstop to Angel Stadium in Anaheim to all weekday home games that start at 7:05 p.m.
Fans board at Goldenwest Transportation Center in Huntington Beach and ride directly to the game. Buses drop off and pick up at the bus parking lot, just a short walk to the stadium entrance.
Funded by a grant from the Mobile Source Air Pollution Review Committee (MSRC), the Angels Express Bus complements the existing Angels Express, a popular Metrolink service that has transported baseball fans from south Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire since 2011.
