About 40 riders joined OCTA on May 18 for a bike ride from the Orange Metrolink Station to OCTA headquarters. Conducted during Bike to Work Week, the annual event is open to all and provides a pleasant early morning ride through Old Town Orange and Santiago Creek Trail while encouraging bicycling as a commuting option.
Local television station PBS SoCal went along for the ride. In this video, listen to OCTA Board Member Al Murray talk about the roll active transportation activities like bicycling play in providing exercise and taking cars off the road.
