New 30-Day College Bus Pass Helps College Students Budget for Transit

Starting this month, OCTA will release a 30-Day College Pass (C-Pass) designed to help cash-strapped college students take advantage of OCTA bus service. The new pass reduces upfront costs to encourage ridership and brings the safety and convenience of OCTA bus service to more students.

Priced at $46, the 30-Day C-Pass offers students the opportunity to explore OC with unlimited rides to campus, work, shopping, the beach, or anywhere they choose on any of OCTA's local routes. The 30-Day C-Pass is available year-round to qualified students in addition to the 75-Day and 120-Day passes that are available for sale only during open registration.

OCTA C-Passes can be purchased at participating community colleges including Santa Ana, Santiago Canyon, Irvine Valley, Golden West, Saddleback, Cypress, Fullerton, and Orange Coast and at some vocational schools.
