People of all ages biked, walked, skated and scooted along the Coyote Creek Bikeway in La Mirada Sunday as they explored part of the OC Loop on a beautiful spring day. Booths at the Behringer Athletic Facility dispensed information about bikeways planning plus bicycle safety information and safety equipment like lights and reflectors. Members of OCTA’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Subcommittee attended and helped people access the trail at nearby intersections. About 70 percent complete, the OC Loop is a 66-mile trail for commuting and recreational activities.
