The OC Fair Express returns July 15 with direct bus service from nine locations to the OC Fair with service on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through August 14. On opening day, OC Bus will kick off this popular service at a free event at The Village at Orange from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. with free bus rides (first 100 people), face painting, food tasting from The Village at Orange restaurants, games, live DJs from KFROG, and concert ticket giveaways.
As always, the OC Fair Express is a great deal. Bus rides are $2 each way and all OC Fair Express riders get a coupon good for a $3 admission into the fair, a $9 savings off a regular, full-price fair admission ticket.
The OC Fair Express app is back, allowing riders to purchase and redeem OC Fair Express tickets, check schedules, and view maps on mobile devices.
Paid for by a grant from Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC), the OC Fair Express allows riders to get to the fair without spending time looking for parking and helps alleviate traffic on busy streets around the fairgrounds.
