People like tacos.
That’s one of the takeaways from our recent event at the Irvine Spectrum where about 500 people showed up to enjoy free tacos served by The World’s Largest Taco Truck (an OCTA bus in disguise).
It’s all part of our effort to encourage OC residents to take transit at least one day a week. With Taco Transit Tuesday, you can earn a free taco just by adding one day of public transportation to your weekly travels. On Tuesdays, just show your valid OC Bus, OC Flex, or OC Metrolink pass at Wahoo’s locations and when you buy a taco, you’ll get one free.
If you missed the World’s Largest Taco Truck at the Spectrum, don’t worry – you can catch it (and its free tacos) at upcoming events around Orange County.
But you don’t need to wait for the World’s Largest Taco Truck to get your free taco. Just ride OC transit on Tuesdays and visit your nearest Wahoo’s.
