Earlier this year, OCTA asked participants to pledge to ride their bikes as part of Bike to Work (and Fun) Week. Those who pledged were also eligible to win prizes. It’s our way of encouraging residents to get outside and be active while enjoying beautiful Orange County.
The event was very successful, with participants pledging to ride 2,962 days and 19,516 miles during the week.
Victor, one of the contest winners, picked up his prize earlier this month. He won a Saris Bones 2-Bike bike rack donated by our sponsors at Jax Bicycle Center.
