Full of great food, dancing and music, the Greek Festival returns Sept. 27 and 28 to San Juan Capistrano, and Metrolink is a great way to get there. To introduce Orange County residents to the fun and convenience of riding the train, OCTA will hold a festive pre-event on Saturday, Sept. 27 at the Tustin Metrolink Station at 9:30 a.m.
The first 50 people will receive free Metrolink tickets. Following a welcome from OCTA Director Al Murray, also Mayor of Tustin, everyone can enjoy music and free Greek food sponsored by Daphne’s. After taking the train to the San Juan Capistrano Metrolink Station, fair-goers can jump aboard the free festival shuttle. The Greek Pastry Booth will offer Metrolink ticket holders a free Greek pastry.
Additional free Metrolink tickets are being distributed through an online giveaway. Individuals can enter for a chance to win and share with their friends to increase their odds.
Those who don’t receive a free ticket can still visit San Juan Capistrano with the cost-effective Metrolink Weekend Day Pass. Only $10, it’s good either Saturday or Sunday for travel throughout the Metrolink system. Learn more.
