OCTA’s first Teen Council kicked off Jan. 13 with an overview of OCTA from CEO Darrell Johnson. The seven council members also reviewed potential new bus designs and weighed in on their favorites.
Representing six area high schools, the Teen Council is a group of students ages 13 to 18 who will provide valuable input over the next year to help OCTA prepare for the future. During monthly meetings and activities, Teen Council members will engage in transportation-related discussions and gain insights on emerging trends.
Their contributions will assist OCTA in planning a transportation system for Orange County that continues to meet the needs of its residents.
