As part of its annual October service change, beginning Oct. 12 OCTA will make minor schedule adjustments and route alignments to provide additional customer service and/or relieve bus overloads.
Schedule adjustments were made to the following routes: 24, 30, 35, 37, 38, 43, 46, 50, 53, 54, 56, 59, 60, 64, 66, 70, 71, 79, 83, 85, 89, 90, 91, 129, 143, 153, 177, 178, 430, 480, and 794.
Long-term detours affecting routes 24 and 30 went into effect on Aug. 11 due to construction in the Anaheim/Placentia area.
In December, adjustments will occur to routes 50, 53, 153, and 430 to provide service to the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) when it opens. This new transportation hub, located across on Katella Ave. across from the Honda Center, will link bus, rail and other modes of transportation.
