Each year, the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG) conducts a nationwide transit customer survey.
OCTA participates in this important effort by asking customers what they think about OC Bus service.
To encourage participation, OCTA is offering those who take the survey by April 30 a chance to win one of three 30-day bus passes.
